Cross Country Race 7 & ACM Championships

The Champs will be held at Kamahi, James Rd, Rangitumau, this year.

Thanks to the Spite Family for hosting and Roger for settuing the course.

Massed start at 10:00am

All participants are able to participate in the club championships, but only financial ACM members are eligible for club trophies.

Your grade is based on your gender and age on the day (see below). The prizegiving will be at the next event at the Club rooms.

Morning tea – in the wool shed – please bring something to share.

Kamahi Farm is located at 224 James Road, Rangitaumau. Off the Bluff-Rangitaumau Road before the church.

Grades and distances are:

Boys (under 13) -  2 km

Junior Men (13-17) -  4 km

Open Men (18-39) -  8 km

Men 40-49 -  8 km

Men 50-59 -  8 km

Men 60-69 -  6 km

Men 70+ -  6 km

Walkers Men -  4 km

Girls (under 13) -  2 km

Junior Women (13-17) -  4 km

Open Women (18-39) -  6 km

Women 40-49 -  6 km

Women 50-59 -  6 km

Women 60+ -  6 km

Walkers Women -  4 km
